PATRIOTIC Front (PF) Ndola district chairman Tonny Mwape has urged members of the party in the district to embrace newcomers in order to grow the party

Speaking during a fact finding meeting in Ndola yesterday, Mr. Mwape said there is need for PF members to welcome new members as directed by President Lungu.
And PF Copperbelt youth Chairman Nathan Chanda has said the party is still popular in the province.
“As youth wing in Ndola we shall work hand in hand with the new members who have joined patriotic front, for example our collegues from MMD, FDD, UPND and other political parties. We also appeal to them to respect the leadership they have found in place,” he said.
Mr.Mwape also cautioned senior members of the party against taking every issue to the press to allow internal resolving of issues. He said selfish leaders should not destroy the party.
Mr. Mwape said displine is very cardinal for every organisation to excel and therefore, displinary measures should be taken against those who go against party rules and regulations.
Meanwhile Mr Chanda said those commanding that they own Copperbelt are just wasting their time and energy.
“We need to control political armyworms that have invaded Copperbelt. They will not succeed because Copperbelt is a no go area,” he said.
